Agreement requirements

Kasty gates new Partner delivery work on the current legal package and the organization’s authorized representative. Agreements remain publicly readable at Kasty Agreements before sign-in or acceptance.

Human action

An authorized representative records their name, business role, verified account email and authority, acknowledges the exact Privacy Notice, then accepts the exact Partner Terms. The two legal events receive separate immutable receipts.

428 response

When a current acceptance is missing, protected delivery can return HTTP 428 with a stable agreement code and action URL. Preserve the delivery draft and route the person to Agreements. Do not ask an API credential to sign or add a pre-checked boolean.

Retry after acceptance

After the authorized person completes the required action, validate the unchanged manifest again. A materially revised legal package can pause new releases while accepted historic batches retain their audit evidence and already authorized operational continuation.

Commercial terms

The base Terms do not promise payment. Any revenue share, royalty or other commercial obligation requires a separately accepted addendum for that organization. Read Rights and video use before building publication controls.
