Issues explain what prevented or changed work at the smallest useful level. They are designed for Partner teams, support and automation to reach the same recovery decision.

Affected item

Each persisted issue identifies the affected entity type, external ref or file when available. Use listMusicDeliveryIssues and keep the batch, item and job public IDs with support evidence.

Code

Branch on the stable uppercase code. English messages can become clearer without a version change. The complete generated index lives under Errors.

Field

Validation issues include a JSON path. Surface that path near the exact manifest field, CSV cell or guided form control rather than showing one undifferentiated red block.

Action

The suggested action distinguishes correction, renewal, human agreement action, waiting and audited retry. A retryable flag does not authorize retrying faster than quotas or Retry-After allow.

Support evidence

Share public IDs, stable codes, timestamps and sanitized request correlation. Never send bearer secrets, signed upload URLs, full private manifests or object-storage keys.
