Delivery channels
Choose a channel by operational fit, not by file format alone. Every enabled channel must arrive at the same canonical manifest, validation, asset and rights pipeline.
Current availability
| Channel | Current availability | Activation boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Partner Console | AVAILABLE | Approved organization and current agreement; sender and write cohort are activated separately. |
| Folder | LIMITED PILOT | Canonical package and manifest through the guided bulk-delivery pilot. |
| CSV / JSON | LIMITED PILOT | Structured adapters normalize into the canonical manifest during guided onboarding. |
| Direct API | LIMITED PILOT | Approved organization, current agreement, scoped credential, active sender and enabled write cohort. |
| ZIP | UNAVAILABLE | Unavailable until bounded staging, archive inspection and malicious-archive controls are production-ready. |
| DDEX ERN | BILATERAL ONBOARDING | Agreed DDEX rights, DPID identities, ERN profile, choreography, transport, mappings and conformance. |
Partner Console
Use the visual workspace when a team wants to upload, validate, inspect issues and follow processing without building an integration. Availability does not automatically activate a sender or API write cohort for the organization.
Folder and CSV or JSON
Guided bulk onboarding handles a canonical package or a strict adapter into that package. CSV is one release-track appearance per row and cannot express every catalog edge case. ZIP delivery remains unavailable because archive inspection and bounded staging are not yet production-ready.
Direct API
Direct API is a limited pilot for approved organizations with current agreements, scoped credentials, active senders and an enabled write cohort. Start at Authentication and the quickstart.
DDEX ERN
DDEX requires bilateral rights, identities, a frozen ERN profile, transport choreography, mapping and conformance. Read DDEX ERN onboarding; there is no public DDEX submission endpoint.
